Benefits
We offer a generous benefits package to our associates. Our salary levels are competitive in each market where we are located.
Incoming associates receive full disability and life insurance. Kaye Scholer pays a substantial portion of the premium for medical insurance for our associates and their spouses (or same-sex family domestic partners) and children.
Along with four weeks of vacation per year, associates are offered a maternity leave plan, enabling them to devote up to twelve weeks of time to the care of their new child. Because we appreciate the demands of balancing child-care and work, we also have instituted one of the most comprehensive flex-time programs offered by any New York law firm.
In order to facilitate the transition process for new associates moving to the New York area, we have created a competitive relocation package, which covers moving and transportation expenses. Kaye Scholer also pays the expenses for a bar review course, bar examination fee and the dues for the first year of membership in a bar association.
