Jeffrey Chester, Partner and Head of Kaye Scholer’s Renewable Energy practice, will speak on the panel “Development Financing: Market Conditions and Options for Successful Transactional Structures” at Law Seminar International’s “Structuring and Financing Renewable Energy Projects” conference to be held June 14-15, 2012, in San Francisco, CA. He will discuss creative solutions to development financing, including specialty private equity funds, joint ventures with stronger developers, foreign entrants, equipment suppliers and EPC companies.
