Kaye Scholer Represented Falconhead Capital LLC in its Acquisition of Growing Family Inc., Hospital Baby Portraits, Inc., Celebre LLC and Imaging Partners, Inc.

Kaye Scholer represented Falconhead Capital LLC, a New York private equity firm that invests in life-style and leisure-related companies, in its acquisition of St. Louis-based Growing Family Inc., a provider of in-hospital infant photography at 2,200 hospitals throughout North America. No terms were released, but Falconhead invested from its Falconhead Capital Partners II LP fund for the Growing Family stake. The 59-year-old target also offers birth announcements, gifts and other keepsakes to families of newborns. The deal is the third investment from Falconhead's second fund. This transaction closed August 23, 2006. In 2007, we represented Falconhead in related add-on acquisitions of Hospital Baby Portraits, Inc., Celebre LLC and Imaging Partners, Inc.
