Simon Firth Co-Authors Article in Bloomberg European Law Journal

Simon Firth, Investment Funds Group, co-authored the article "The End is the Beginning: Hedge Fund Working Group Issues Final Report" that appeared in the March issue of Bloomberg European Law Journal. In the article, Mr. Firth discuss the final report on hedge fund standards published by the Hedge Fund Working Group on January 22, 2008. The report amends proposed best practice standards (the "Standards") and details how hedge fund managers can sign up to the Standards, as well as the implications of doing so.
