Antitrust Litigation

Kaye Scholer enjoys a long and successful track record in the federal and state courts, including in class actions and individual cases involving price-fixing, vertical restraints, monopolization and the Robinson-Patman Act. We are renowned for litigating and trying antitrust cases to courts and juries, as well as for briefing and arguing cutting-edge issues on motions for summary judgment and on appeals to federal circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court. Our litigators have represented both plaintiffs and defendants, which enhances our ability to litigate aggressively any antitrust matter in any forum.
