Willys Schneider is a Partner at Kaye Scholer, focusing on tax law. Her practice is broad-based, covering tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions; formation and operation of REITs, partnerships and limited liability companies; structured finance and securitization; formation of private equity funds; and cross-border transactions. Willys is a member of the Board of the International Tax Institute. She has served as an Articles Editor of The Tax Lawyer, the quarterly journal of the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association and has chaired various subcommittees of the ABA Taxation Section.

Joel Greenberg is the Senior Corporate Partner and Co-Chair of the Canada Group at Kaye Scholer. He concentrates in U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, representation of financial sponsors, and securities transactions. He also advises publicly held and private companies on a wide variety of corporate governance and day-to-day corporate as well as transactional matters. He is a former Chair (2006–2009) of the Committee on Mergers & Acquisitions of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law.

Madeleine Tan is a Partner in Kaye Scholer’s Finance group and is Co-Head of the firm’s Project Finance Practice. She has extensive experience advising investors, lenders, sponsors and underwriters in equity investments, capital markets debt offerings, tax-equity and structured finance transactions. Madeleine has been lead counsel on a broad range of transactions including project finance transactions, leveraged leases, single investor leases, capital markets offerings and privately negotiated debt instruments. She is recognized by Chambers Global 2013 as a “Foreign Expert” for USA Capital Markets Securitization and as an “Expert Based Abroad” for Australia Capital Markets.
