Dr. Sebastian Jungermann ist Partner von Kaye Scholer, er leitet die deutsche Kartellrechtspraxis. Herr Jungermann berät nationale und internationale Mandanten zu allen Fragen des deutschen und europäischen Kartellrechts, insbesondere auch im Rahmen der Fusionskontrolle vor dem Bundeskartellamt, der EU Kommission, und bei multinationalen Anmeldungen, im Rahmen von Kartellverfahren, Bußgeldverfahren, Kartellstrafverfahren, der Missbrauchskontrolle, Kronzeugenstrategien und -anträge, kartellrechtliche Compliance, interne Untersuchungen, Klageverfahren sowie im Bereich vertragliche Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen. Herr Jungermann vertritt seine Mandanten bei Gericht und vor den Kartellbehörden in Deutschland, der Europäischen Kommission und dem US Department of Justice. Zudem berät Herr Jungermann auch auf den Gebieten des Gesellschaftsrechts, Technologierechts und der Compliance sowie bei grenzüberschreitenden Verfahren und im Rahmen der US Pre-Trial Discovery.

Saul Morgenstern, Co-Chair of the firm’s Antitrust practice group, litigates complex disputes, class actions and multi-jurisdictional cases before U.S. federal and state courts, international arbitral tribunals, the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and represents clients in U.S. Government, State and foreign investigations. He also advises companies with respect to the antitrust implications of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, trade association activities, distribution and pricing programs and other aspects of competitor and customer relations. Saul has represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including the chemical, computer hardware and software, energy, entertainment, insurance, financial, leisure, luxury consumer goods, pharmaceutical, publishing, real estate, telecommunications and toy industries.

Claudia Higgins is a nationally-recognized Partner in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation department where she has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies in significant matters, particularly high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, while also representing clients in connection with civil investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and numerous international regulatory agencies. Her extensive experience in antitrust issues involves diverse industries, including consumer goods, defense and aerospace, natural resources, technology, and health care.
