Saul Morgenstern, Co-Chair of the firm’s Antitrust practice group, litigates complex disputes, class actions and multi-jurisdictional cases before U.S. federal and state courts, international arbitral tribunals, the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and represents clients in U.S. Government, State and foreign investigations. Diana Sterk is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department. Her recent experience includes representing pharmaceutical manufacturers in government actions concerning drug pricing and Medicaid reimbursement, representing major financial institutions in SEC and FINRA investigations and inquiries and defending corporations in complex state and federal investigations involving healthcare fraud, including allegations of off-label promotion, anti-kickback statute violations, False Claims Act violations and other issues related to sales, marketing and pricing practices. Diana is also a contributor to the antitrust chapter of Kaye Scholer’s Deskbook on Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Law.
