Sheila S. Boston (09/16/14)

Sheila S. Boston is a commercial litigator and key member of Kaye Scholer’s Product Liability Group, which was named one of Law 360’s Practice Groups of the Year for 2013, Product Liability Firm of the Year at the 2008 Chambers and Partners “USA Awards for Excellence” ceremony; has ranked in the top tier for Product Liability Litigation by Chambers USA since 2007; has ranked in the top tier for Pharmaceutical Product Liability and Mass Tort Defense by Legal 500 since 2007; and was chosen by The American Lawyer as the 2006 Product Liability Department of the Year. Sheila has received individual recognition from International Who’s Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers in 2012 and 2013, and Who’s Who Legal 2014 for product liability defense. She is also recognized for her commitment to the New York legal community, and The New York Law Journal recently honored Sheila’s contribution to public service with a Lifetime Achievement award.

Philip A. Giordano (09/16/14)

Philip A. Giordano serves as counsel in Kaye Scholer’s Antitrust Practice. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience as a prosecutor in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), most recently as a Trial Attorney in the National Criminal Enforcement Section, Philip represents and counsels clients regarding a variety of national and international antitrust matters, including complex criminal antitrust investigations and litigation, civil non-merger government investigations and mergers and acquisitions. His experience in antitrust matters spans a diverse set of industries, including computer hardware and software, auto parts, financial services, entertainment, publishing, chemicals, air cargo transportation and consumer goods. Philip maintains offices in Palo Alto, CA and Washington, DC.

Henry Schober (09/16/14)

Henry Schober is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Silicon Valley office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation where he works on a wide range of matters, including patent litigation. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Henry served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands. He also served as a Judicial Extern to Chief Judge James Ware at the US District Court in the Northern District of California.
