Sean M. Boyle, Ph.D. (05/17/13)
Sean Boyle is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Department whose practice focuses on patent litigation and other complex civil litigation. Given his advanced background in the life sciences area, Sean has substantial experience litigating patent infringement cases relating to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, ANDA challenges and medical devices. He has also litigated several computer software patent cases, as well as cases involving semiconductor manufacturing equipment and semiconductor packaging.
Daniel R. Paluch (05/17/13)
Daniel R. Paluch is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department and IP and Technology Transactions Group. His areas of practice include intellectual property, antitrust, class actions, unfair competition and general business litigation. In addition to his work in litigation, Daniel has advised clients on technology transactions, including ERP, BPMS and SOA implementations, technology integration matters and open source licensing issues. He has also been actively involved in pro bono matters, representing several families who lost their homes to loan modification scams in the Los Angeles area. While at USC Law School, Daniel served on the staff of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal, was a teacher’s assistant for the law school’s Evidence, Professional Responsibility and Contracts courses and clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Joshua E. Holt (05/16/13)
Joshua E. Holt is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Litigation Department. Since joining the firm, Mr. Holt has focused on complex litigations before arbitral tribunals, at the federal trial and appellate levels, and at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). He has participated in a two-week evidentiary hearing at FERC, prepared Partners to cross-examine witnesses, participated in depositions, drafted post-hearing briefs, and researched and analyzed complex legal and factual issues.

Jeremy White is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Employment & Labor Group. Jeremy has counseled and represented a wide range of clients in complex litigation matters in the wage and hour and employment discrimination areas. He has specific expertise in collective and class actions under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws.
Joshua S. Stambaugh (05/14/13)
Josh Stambaugh is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Department with extensive experience assisting businesses of all size, from Fortune 500 companies to internet start-ups, in virtually area of commercial litigation, including: business litigation; interference claims; breach of contract; antitrust; unfair competition; misappropriation of trade secrets; fraudulent advertising; and class actions brought pursuant to consumer protection statutes. Josh has developed considerable knowledge of, and familiarity with, breach of contract, unfair competition, antitrust and consumer fraud class actions.
Bert L. Slonim (05/13/13)
Bert Slonim concentrates on complex commercial litigation, particularly multi-district pharmaceutical product liability cases. He has represented manufacturers of prescription drugs (including hormone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, diabetes, antibiotic, and anti-psychotic medications), implanted medical devices, agricultural chemicals, electrical equipment, aerospace products, asbestos and other products. Much of his practice focuses on developing and rebutting expert medical and scientific evidence, and litigating the admissibility of expert opinion testimony.
Andrew Macdonald (05/13/13)
Andrew Macdonald formerly chaired the firm’s Personnel and Recruiting Committees. He also coordinated lawyer training, supervised the Summer Associate program and was Assigning Counsel responsible for staffing cases in the New York Litigation Department.
