Tatiana Alyonycheva focuses her practice on patent litigation and client counseling in matters involving chemical arts, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and polymorphs. She has been involved in all aspects of patent litigation enforcing US patent rights, including ANDA litigations.
Ms. Alyonycheva’s counseling experience includes infringement, validity, enforceability and clearance opinions. She has extensive experience in conducting intellectual property due diligence investigations in connection with acquisitions and licensing deals. She also counsels and assists clients in procuring both US and international patents, as well as reexamination of US patents and Orange Book listings.
Ms. Alyonycheva has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Chemistry. Prior to her career in law, she conducted research at the Cornell University Medical College (New York) and Shemyakin Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry (Moscow, Russia) and published numerous papers in peer review journals. Ms. Alyonycheva’s scientific expertise includes organic and inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering, as well as molecular and cell biology.
