Jonathan Arkins, Counsel in Kaye Scholer’s Finance Department, represents financial institutions in U.S. and cross-border asset-backed securitizations and secured lending. Mr. Arkins has participated in transactions involving the securitization of diverse asset types, including lottery receivables, trade receivables, equipment rental receivables and other varied receivables. He also represents financial institutions in connection with investment fund financing, including subscription lines, and is also experienced in more traditional forms of leveraged and secured lending.
