Ms. Briggs is an Associate in the Private Clients Department of Kaye Scholer's New York office. She has a broad-based practice providing tax, estate and wealth-preservation planning advice for high net-worth U.S. and non-U.S. individuals and families, their family offices and closely held businesses. She focuses her practice on all areas of U.S. and international tax, gift and estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, cross-border asset protection, tax compliance and reporting matters, and tax-exempt organizations.
