William "Butch" Cullen is a Partner in the Structured Finance Group, in Kaye Scholer's New York office. His practice focuses on securities and corporate finance, with an emphasis on the securitization of financial assets, in particular, commercial mortgage assets. He is also significantly involved in the workout and restructuring of defaulted real estate loans and securities, recent developments involving government programs such as TALF and PPIP, and the sale and liquidation of distressed financial assets, including as part of a sale to governmental authorities, on behalf of financial institutions.
