David Draper focuses his practice on patent, trademark, licensing, and other litigation and client counseling matters. In a recent trade dress matter, Mr. Draper participated in the representation of a client in obtaining an emergency temporary restraining order against the distribution of a product that infringed our client’s trademark.
MEHRMr. Draper earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. He has knowledge and experience in networks and telecommunications, digital communication engineering and design, intelligent and nonlinear information processing systems, power systems, and other areas of engineering design and implementation.
