Michael Jon Eliasberg is Counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Entertainment group in Kaye Scholer's Los Angeles Office.

Mr. Eliasberg’s practice focuses principally on structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions in the entertainment industry, both domestic and international, with particular emphasis on the financing, production and distribution of motion picture and television products.
Mr. Eliasberg was co-founder and president of Avenue Entertainment, where he structured, negotiated and oversaw the documentation of all of the company’s financing, production, acquisition, distribution and licensing arrangements.
