Jeffrey M. Epstein is a former co-chairman of Kaye Scholer's Finance Department. In his years of practice, Mr. Epstein has handled matters involving the entire range of banking and commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, loan syndications, project financings, leveraged acquisitions, regulatory matters and workout and debt restructurings.
MEHRHe has been involved with companies in the apparel, entertainment, health, auto, electronic, consumer products, restaurant, security, telecommunications, advertising, publishing, and e-commerce industries in structuring leveraged buyouts. He has also represented various government agencies in connection with receivership matters.
Mr. Epstein has lectured on topics of interest to the commercial and financial community, including leveraged buyouts, loan restructurings and the application of federal regulatory issues to commercial transactions.
