  • Representing the prepetition and DIP lender in a healthcare bankruptcy proceeding in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

  • Represented JHT Holdings, the nation’s largest truck delivery service, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where a plan of reorganization was confirmed in under four months.

  • Represented Key Bank National Association, secured lender to North Valley Mall, in a contested confirmation fight before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

  • Represented Employbridge, a national provider of staffing solutions, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, in its successful out-of-court restructuring that culminated with the sale of the business to a private equity firm.

  • Represented the SEC-appointed receiver of a failed group of hedge funds.

  • Providing general restructuring advice to both trustees and funds in connection with a multitude of investments in distressed companies.

  • Represented an international chemical supply conglomerate in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Represented an entertainment retailer in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Represented a leading, London-based marine container leasing company in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and global restructuring.

  • Represented the DIP lender for a $103 million DIP credit facility for a manufacturer and distributor of disposable foodservice products and specialty chemical products in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Represented the DIP and stalking-horse purchaser of substantially all the assets of a leading marketer of wireless telephone and satellite television services in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Represented tier-1 automotive supplier in its Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Awards

While at Tulane University, Ms. Frost was awarded the George Dewey Nelson Memorial Award (first in common law curriculum); the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Prize; the Mitchell Franklin Award in Contracts; the Rufus C. Harris Award in Torts; and the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Student Award, 5th Circuit. As a senior at Wartburg College, she was named Outstanding Senior for the Department of Social Science.
