Andrew Harris is the Managing Partner of Kaye Scholer’s London office. His practice focuses on private equity transactions. He has considerable experience in MBOs, M&A transactions, restructurings and disposals/exits. He acts for private equity houses, management teams and both listed and non-listed corporate entities.

Keynote transactions include the MBO of Global Solutions Limited by Cognetas and Englefield Capital (£210m), the public-to-private (“PtP”) of Cox Insurance by Duke Street and Englefield Capital (£430m) and the subsequent disposal to IAG, the merger of Nycomed AS with Amersham International plc (£3bn), the investment by Providence Equity in Volia Cable (US$210m) and the buy-outs of Hg Capital from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Limited and of Graphite Capital from Hypovereinsbank AG.
