Hank Heckel has successfully represented a number of major corporations in patent litigation across a range of fields, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and industrial chemicals. Mr. Heckel has worked on several complex trials before judges and juries. He has gained extensive experience in taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting motions and appellate briefs and preparing expert witnesses. He also has experience in trade secret and unfair competition litigation and contract and other commercial litigation. In addition to litigation, Mr. Heckel has advised clients on a range of intellectual property licensing and freedom-to-operate issues.
