Nicholas Kovner is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on mass-tort pharmaceutical product liability litigation. Mr. Kovner has extensive experience representing major corporations in all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial, including the PPA and Seroquel litigations.
MEHRMr. Kovner also has trial experience in complex patent litigation for life sciences companies and has contributed to risk counseling projects. He has experience representing individual officers of large publicly traded corporations in connection with regulatory investigations.
