Nicholas Kovner is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on mass-tort pharmaceutical product liability litigation. Nicholas has extensive experience representing major corporations in all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial, including the PPA and Seroquel litigations.
MEHRNicholas also has trial experience in complex patent litigation for life sciences companies and has contributed to risk counseling projects. He has experience representing individual officers of large publicly traded corporations in connection with regulatory investigations.
Nicholas has been honored by the New York State Bar Association (2012, 2011, 2009, 2007 and 2005) as “Empire State Counsel” for his hours of pro bono legal service to persons of limited financial means, and/or to not-for-profit, governmental or public services organizations that address those persons' legal needs.
