Mr. Kucharzyk is an Associate in the Private Clients Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. He has a broad-based practice providing tax and estate planning advice for high net-worth U.S. and non-U.S. individuals and families, their family offices and closely held businesses. He also advises clients with regard to tax planning on corporate, partnership and international inbound and outbound transactions. He has significant experience with tax compliance and reporting for United States persons with investments outside the United States, and related voluntary disclosure proceedings with the IRS and state revenue agencies.
MEHRIn addition to his work at Kaye Scholer, Mr. Kucharzyk is an active member of the International Section Committee on Central and Eastern Europe and the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
