Abigail Langsam has represented clients in a host of patent litigations, spanning technologies including traditional pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductors and computer systems. Additionally, Ms. Langsam has represented clients in connection with complex commercial litigations. She has worked closely with clients at all stages of litigation, and has considerable experience in discovery, including depositions and work with technical experts, trial preparation, and brief-writing.
