Aaron Lehrfield is a partner in the Real Estate Department of Kaye
Scholer's New York office. He has extensive experience representing
institutional lenders and investment banks in real estate financing and
securitization transactions, including securitized permanent and bridge
loan financing and mezzanine debt. He has been involved in significant
and complex finance transactions, commercial mortgage loan
securitizations and leasing and acquisition transactions.
