Salvatore Mastrosimone practices Real Estate law at Kaye Scholer. He
has extensive experience in real estate financing and securitization
transactions and regularly represents institutional lenders, investment
banks and institutional investors in securitized permanent and bridge
loan mortgage financing and mezzanine financing. Mr. Mastrosimone also
regularly represents developers in the purchase, sale and leasing of
shopping centers, office buildings and multifamily properties.
