Kaye Scholer

Corinne Mattli is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Kaye Scholer. Corinne focuses her practice on advising clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, complex restructurings and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing private equity funds and other financial sponsors, as well as public and private companies in a variety of industries (including food service, consumer products, entertainment and media, health care and life sciences). Corinne also maintains an active pro bono practice and is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
