Frank McCay concentrates his practice on real estate finance, with
emphasis on representation of portfolio lenders in construction,
acquisition, permanent mortgage, mezzanine and other secured and
unsecured financings. Assets involved have included retail,
residential, office and hotel properties across the United States.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer LLP in 2004, he worked in the real estate
group at Dewey Ballantine LLP.
