Lauretta Moran is Counsel in the Finance Department of Kaye Scholer's Chicago office and practices in the Real Estate/Corporate Finance and Structured Finance Practice Groups. She has extensive experience representing borrowers, lenders and credit enhancers in real estate and corporate finance transactions. She has been involved in significant finance transactions, real estate and asset securitization, leasing, acquisition, real estate mortgage investment conduit and real estate and tax-exempt bond workout transactions.
MEHRMs. Moran is a member of the bar of Illinois. Ms. Moran received her master of arts degree from the University of Chicago in 1974 and her law degree from the University of Chicago in 1983. She was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery before joining Kaye Scholer.
