Kaye Scholer

Henry G. Morriello is Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Group and Chair of the firm's newly-established Financial Markets Recovery Group, an inter-departmental effort to address the issues presented by the distressed financial markets. Recently, Mr. Morriello has represented global financial institutions in groundbreaking governmental financial assistance transactions, and troubled financial asset portfolio sales and liquidations. He is also active in the restructuring of many failed SIVs, SIV Lites and mortgage conduits. Mr. Morriello regularly represents clients in domestic and international structured finance and asset/mortgage securitization transactions, involving residential and commercial mortgage loans, home equity loans, equipment leases, intellectual property royalties, aircraft loans and leases, auto paper, trade receivables, student loans, and esoteric assets. He also represents clients in "whole company securitization" transactions in various industries internationally. He has extensive experience in structuring and restructuring fixed income and credit derivatives of all types.
