Ms. Ramer is an Associate in Kaye Scholer's Litigation Department, and a member of the firm's White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations group. She has defended both individual and corporate clients in healthcare matters, including the representation of pharmaceutical companies, as well as their employees, in complex state and federal criminal and civil investigations involving healthcare fraud. In that regard, she has also assisted in conducting large-scale internal investigations. Ms. Ramer works with pharmaceutical companies to review their compliance programs, and counsels them on the requirements of federal law and the measures other companies have been required to follow in federal and state healthcare fraud settlements.
MEHRMs. Ramer has also worked in complex commercial litigation, and, as a member of the firm's Employment and Labor group, has counseled clients in a variety of employment-related matters.
