Mark Spatz is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences group. Mr. Spatz has extensive state and federal court experience representing major U.S. and international corporations and individual clients in all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial, alternative dispute resolution, and end-game/settlement analysis. His practice focuses on mass-tort pharmaceutical product liability litigation, where he has represented pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Novartis, and AstraZeneca in product liability lawsuits involving both prescription and over-the-counter products. In this area, Mr. Spatz has been a key member of both national coordinating counsel teams and trial teams.
