Randall Stempler has extensive experience in complex outsourcing and technology transactions, including BPO and ITO transactions, E-Commerce, the Internet and intellectual property licensing. He also has broad experience in corporate finance, general corporate, commercial and securities law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
MEHRHe has provided legal and consulting services to, and served on the management teams of, Fortune 500, middle-market computer companies and other companies. He is a co-author of the “Outsourcing” chapter of Investment Management: Law and Practice, published by Oxford University Press. In addition, he has written about the computer industry and online services and developed the charitybenefits.com website. He is experienced in advanced technology transactional work, complex outsourcing agreements, online contracts, a wide range of website agreements, and notices and other contracts related to B2B and B2C aspects of E-Commerce. He also assists clients in updating IT systems and integrating Cloud, Big Data, Mobile, Social Media and Privacy Protection.
Among others, his client projects have included: one of the first agreements between a Fortune 100 company and a large B2B marketplace; Web development agreements for a large multinational corporation; one of the earliest corporate initiatives to provide travel services online; and counsel on multi-million dollar software licensing disputes.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Randall also served as an inside counsel for a computer company.
