Kaye Scholer

Howard Suh focuses on complex patent litigation for life science companies. His matters have included biotechnology cases relating to pharmaceuticals, biologics, and agricultural products. Mr. Suh has managed the discovery process and trial preparation of large litigations, while developing extensive experience in taking and defending depositions, writing briefs, and arguing motions before Federal Court. Mr. Suh has second seated jury trials and appellate arguments before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
