Sheila Boston Appointed to the First Department Disciplinary Committee

Sheila Boston, Partner in the Litigation Department, as been appointed to serve as a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee by the Justices of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department. The Disciplinary Committee reviews the proceedings of attorneys who are the object of an investigation or prosecution of alleged violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility in the First Judicial Department and fulfills an essential role in protecting the rights of clients and maintaining the integrity of the legal profession. Ms. Boston will serve a three-year term commencing on January 1, 2009.
