Brandt Pasco Authors Feature Article on Export Control Reform for ABA’s International Law News

Brandt Pasco is the author of the cover article “Immigration and Export Control Reform” for the Summer 2011 issue of the American Bar Associations International Law News. The article discusses the new linkages between nonimmigrant work permits and compliance with export controls. Mr. Pasco analyzes the new enforcement tools and the need for companies, especially those in the high-tech community, to have robust export control compliance programs to anticipate the changes in enforcement and licensing to both minimize legal risks and enhance opportunities to engage in international trade.
