Lauren M. Bernstein is counsel in the Corporate & Finance Department
of the New York office. Ms. Bernstein's practice focuses on the
representation of financial institutions and corporate borrowers in
commercial lending transactions. Her experience includes leveraged
acquisition financings, cash flow and asset based financings, senior
lender and borrower representations in cross-border transactions,
debtor-in-possession financings, Chapter 11 exit financings,
recapitalizations, restructurings and work-outs.
