CFIUS Team to Give UK Briefing on Investing in the US Defense and Security Sectors

Christopher Griner and Farhad Jalinous, Partners in Kaye Scholer's CFIUS & National Security practice, will speak at the USA Defense & Security Acquisition Briefing presented by ADS in London on March 13, 2012. ADS is a UK-trade organization advancing the British aerospace, defense, security and space industries. Griner and Jalinous will discuss how UK-based companies can establish robust industrial security compliance programs, including the review and clearance process by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Paul Halpern, Director of the US Department of Defense CFIUS Program within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) will also participate via video conference.
