Dr. Sebastian Jungermann, Partner in Kaye Scholer's Frankfurt Office, will speak at the Frankfurt Bar Association on February 29, 2012, about the proper implementation of corporate compliance management systems in German companies with a special focus on anti-corruption and antitrust laws. The speech was a CLE program for German lawyers focusing on corporate law.
