“Cross Border Litigation,” WM-Seminar, Frankfurt, Germany

Lawyers from Kaye Scholer LLP's Frankfurt and New York offices spoke at a seminar on "Cross Border Litigation" in Frankfurt on November 15, 2007. The seminar, organized by WM Seminare, covered such topics as service of summons and complaint in foreign countries, usage of the Hague Convention, discovery process abroad, enforcement of US decisions abroad, and international recuperation of funds and assets. Michael D. Blechman and Klaus U. Eyber chaired the seminar and served as moderators. Klaus U. Eyber also spoke at the seminar, along with Britta Jungerman, Sebastian Jungerman and Jennifer B. Patterson.
