Four short presentations will deal with “Private Equity Funds - Structuring, Placement and Management under AIFMD”. Thomas A. Jesch (Counsel, Frankfurt Office) will deliver the opening presentation on “AIFMD: What is the Timeframe for a Private Equity Fund Sponsor?”. Mazars’ Claus Buhmann will deal with the risk management under AIFMD. “Institutional LP’s AIFMD Perspective” will be analyzed by Richard von Gusovius and Penny Walker (Campbell Lutyens). Palladio Partners’ Bernd Kreuter will close with the GP perspective on Real Asset Funds under AIFMD.
