Paul Llewellyn, Yingxi Fu-Tomlinson and Jonathan Green to Host Seminar on Attorney-Client Privilege in the US and China

On October 8, 2013, Kaye Scholer will host a two-hour seminar from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm on "Maximizing Client Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege When Doing Business in China" in Hershey, PA.  Litigation Partner Paul Llewellyn, Corporate Partner Yingxi Fu-Tomlinson and Litigation Counsel Jonathan Green will discuss concepts of attorney-client privilege and confidentiality under the US legal system and protection of confidential information under the Chinese legal system in various contexts including day-to-day operations, business transactions and internal investigations.
