Kaye Scholer to Host Trademark Discussion for the International Trademark Association

Paul Llewellyn, Co-Head of the Kaye Scholer’s Trademark, Copyright and False Advertising Group will moderate an International Trademark Association Roundtable discussion. The topic, “Decisions You Need to Know: Key Trademark Cases from 2014” will cover key Supreme Court decisions, precedential decisions of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, concurrent use proceedings and more.
The event will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Lunch will be served.
