Kaye Scholer Hosts International Compliance Seminar in Frankfurt

Kaye Scholer, along with Berenberg and Consilio, presented a full-day “International Compliance” seminar to invited clients and guests on March 12, 2015 in Frankfurt.
The seminar was designed around a hypothetical German e-car manufacturer with issues concerning anticorruption, antitrust and cybersecurity. Attendees were taken through the life cycle of an international cross-border crisis/compliance failure with enforcement issues in the US and the EU. The program featured the following presentations:
