The program included special co-presenter Rafael Echegoyen, a partner in the Madrid office of Garrigues, the largest law firm in continental Europe. The program addressed: multi-access applications (cross-border) impacting the regulations governing international transfer of data; whistle-blowing policies; management control of computer use by employees -- expectations of privacy in Europe; labor and union roles in individual employee use of company computers; and video camera monitoring.
