Benjamin Hsing Speaks at PLI's "Prior Art 2007" Program

Benjamin C. Hsing, patent litigation partner in the New York office, spoke at the Practising Law Institute's "Prior Art 2007: The PTO and CAFC Perspective on Patent Law Section 102." The July 18, 2007 program, held in New York City and webcast on the PLI website, explored patent law 35 USC 102. The seminar covered the Patent and Trademark Office view of Section 102 and what examiners use in examinations, as well as a discussion of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decisions relating to each Section 102 segment.
