Asia M&A Forum (Inter-Pacific Bar Association and International Financial Law Review, Hong Kong)

On March 5, 2008, Joel I. Greenberg, Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, participated in the Asia M&A Forum given by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the International Financial Law Review in Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong.  Mr. Greenberg spoke on "MAC Attacks: Current Trends In Negotiating 'Material Adverse Change' Clauses" in a session that examined the latest developments in MAC clauses in the U.S. and their impact on Asian M&A.
