ABA Section of Business Law Global Business Law Conference in Frankfurt

Joel Greenberg, Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, appeared on a series of panels at the ABA Section of Business Law Global Business Law Conference in Frankfurt, Germany on May 30, 2008. Mr. Greenberg discussed the Kaye Scholer LBO Legal Issues Study and related studies prepared by the ABA Committee on Negotiated Acquisitions, which he chairs, in a panel titled "M&A Negotiation Trends and Practices in U.S. and E.U. Private Target, Public Target and LBO Deals." Mr. Greenberg also chaired the panel "Deal [Un]certainty — MACs, Reverse Break-up Fees and Shell Buyers," that examined crucial elements of deal structures and acquisition agreements in a difficult environment.
