Tanenbaum, International Chair of the Technology, Intellectual Property & Outsourcing Group and Partner in the GreenTech Group, spoke at the upcoming PLI Conference, "Doing Business in India 2009: Critical Legal Issues for U.S. Companies" in New York on February 11, 2009. Mr. Tanenbaum spoke on "Outsourcing to India - Some Considerations and Recommended Practices," and gave an overview of the outsourcing/offshoring market in India. He also discussed in detail sourcing delivery structures, key risks and mitigation strategies, best practices to maximize benefits of outsourcing, current trends in legal process outsourcing, and Green Technology methodologies and policies.
