Alice Young Speaks at International Bar Association's 2009 Annual Conference in Madrid

Alice Young, Partner and Chair of the Asia Pacific Group, spoke at the International Bar Association’s 2009 Annual Conference held in Madrid on October 4–9, 2009. Ms. Young participated in the forum titled “The Evolving Role of Asian Corporate Counsel” on October 7, 2009. The forum explored the evolving role, opportunities and inhibiting factors for Asian corporate counsel as it relates to the significant growth in Asian economies in terms of domestic and foreign investments. Ms. Young was joined by corporate counsel from Hess Corporation, Rio Tinto, Aditya Birla Group, Fidelity-India, Genpact, Reid Elsevier and Lord Peter Goldsmith (the former Attorney General for England and Wales), among others.
