Joel I. Greenberg, Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, served as a panelist at The University of Texas School of Law's 5th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, TX on October 15-16, 2009. Mr. Greenberg participated in a session on October 16 titled "Mock Negotiations of Key Deal Terms." The panel staged an interactive mock negotiation to illustrate the discussion between the parties in an acquisition of a publicly traded or privately held company.
